Job summary

IonQ in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs across the complete product lifecycle, from early technology development to production ramp and sustainment. Qualifications

15+ years of experience leading complex hardware/software programs from R&D through production and deployment.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and CAM-style governance.
Proven ability to synchronize Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance for program health and execution.

Responsibilities

Lead the full technical lifecycle for quantum programs from maturation through production and field sustainment.
Own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and execution plans across engineering, supply chain and manufacturing.
Drive NPI/NTI transitions, manufacturing readiness, site requirements, and scalable handoffs to production.
Manage programmatic financials, including labor/non-labor forecasting and EAC for fiscal discipline.
Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and supply chain risks; manage dependencies and logs.
Serve as primary technical interface to executives and customers with clear status updates and recommendations.
Establish scalable governance mechanisms and mentor junior TPMs to raise execution standards.
