Job summary

You will design frameworks for an agile PDLC, align investments with financial goals, and advise executives on resource allocation and strategic initiatives.

You will synthesize multi-dimensional data into clear business insights, craft scalable processes, and drive GTM alignment across engineering, product, and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years in management consulting, product strategy, or related operations in tech.
• Bachelor’s in a technical/analytical field; MBA preferred.
• Experience designing/scaling operational frameworks or internal software systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern engagement models between Engineering, Product, and GTM.
• Lead initiatives to scale global Support operations and KPIs.
• Translate pain points into product/tooling requirements with engineering/analytics teams.
• Build dashboards to measure support effectiveness and product trends.
• Support planning cycles with Finance and Workforce Management.
• Present data-driven narratives to senior stakeholders.
