Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Staff Product Operations Manager to architect and govern the internal operational ecosystem within Engineering, aligning product investments with GTM and revenue goals. You will create formal structures for an Operational Association and oversee data-driven PDLC improvements across a global enterprise platform.

You will advise executive leadership on investments, analyze resource allocation, and shape the strategic framework that translates engineering velocity

Qualifications

• 9+ years of professional experience in management consulting, product strategy, TPM, or operations within tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/mathematical/analytical field; MBA preferred.
• Experience designing and scaling operational frameworks or internal software systems in SaaS/enterprise tech.
• Expert-level ability to analyze large datasets using SQL-based tools and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the engagement model between Engineering, Product, and GTM, coordinating product milestones with field readiness and revenue velocity.
• Evaluate investments, analyze resource allocation, unit economics, and opportunity costs for scaling the platform.
• Transform data signals into actionable business insights to translate engineering velocity into market impact.
• Lead the evolution of the product development lifecycle, identifying bottlenecks and designing scalable solutions.
• Bridge technical execution and business value for senior stakeholders with clear, data-driven narratives.
