Job summary

Honor is seeking a Senior Staff Product Designer to guide strategic thinking and delivery of digital products and service experiences across the care journey, from clients and families to Care Professionals and operators.

You will own product work end-to-end, partner with business and engineering, prototype with AI tools, design services as well as screens, ground UX strategy in data and user insights, and help shape our design system for the team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in UX and product design.
• Uses research and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
• Able to solve complex problems with strong systems thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for all levels.
• Strong AI-native workflow and opinions on AI in design.
• Portfolio showing product thinking and shipped work.

Responsibilities

• Own product work end-to-end: be accountable for outcomes.
• Collaborate with business and engineering to define problems and ship features.
• Stay involved through launch and iteration.
• Prototype using AI tools to accelerate decisions.
• Ground UX strategy in data and user insights.
• Design the service, not just the screen.
• Lead with Honor’s leadership principles.
