Honor Technology is seeking a Senior Staff Product Designer for a fully remote role based in the USA. You will own the care-delivery design across clients, care professionals, and operators, partnering with engineering and product management to move metrics and ship features.

You will prototype with AI-enabled tools, shape workflows, and advocate for human-centered care while leveraging Looker and analytics to inform decisions.

The role

This Sr Staff Product Designer role sits within Honor's multidisciplinary Design team, which spans UX and product design, research, brand, marketing, video, and motion design. The team works closely with engineering, product management, data science, operations, and sales and marketing. The role covers the full care journey: the clients and families who choose care, the Care Professionals who deliver it, and the operators who support them.

What you would do

• Own product work end-to-end, being accountable for outcomes rather than just deliverables.
• Partner with business and engineering to define problems, explore solutions, validate concepts, and ship products and features that move key metrics — staying involved through launch and iteration, not just until handoff.
• Use Figma Make and Claude Code to prototype flows and interfaces, using AI to reach an initial solution quickly while you guide structure, behavior, and UX quality; use prototypes as decision-making artifacts with partners.
• Shape workflows, processes, communications, and digital tools together, advocating for experiences that keep the human elements of care delivery central.
• Combine data and user insights to decide which problems are worth solving and how to approach them strategically.
• Contribute to team patterns, prompts, processes, and shared knowledge to build the team's long-term capability.
• Participate in studio critiques and team reviews to raise the bar for quality.
• Apply Honor's leadership principles as a compass for day-to-day work.

What they are looking for

• 7+ years of experience in UX and product design.
• Fluency in using research and quantitative data to inform design and systems thinking.
• Comfort with complexity and ambiguity, and the ability to make decisions when the path is unclear.
• Strong systemic thinking and the ability to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
• A bias toward action and an iterative approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including the ability to present design decisions clearly to senior leadership.
• A strong AI-native workflow and informed views on how AI can improve design quality and team capacity.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, interaction design, and shipped work.
• Nice to have: service design and multi-channel communications experience; experience with Looker or product analytics tools; familiarity with design systems; startup experience; background in healthcare, telehealth, fintech, or another regulated domain; personal or professional caregiving experience.

Working arrangements

This is a fully remote role based in the USA. Domestic travel may be required a couple of times per year. Core collaboration hours are noon to 6:00 PM Eastern / 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific.

Pay and benefits

The hiring salary range is $195,300 to $217,000 USD, based on national averages as a remote-first company.
