Honor is seeking a Senior Staff Product Designer to guide strategy and delivery of digital products and service experiences across care journeys. You will collaborate cross-functionally, prototype with AI tools, and shape workflows and communications that elevate human care with cutting-edge tech.

This role emphasizes data-driven decisions, design systems, and a strong portfolio. The role is all-remote with occasional domestic travel and a compensation range aligned to market, including equity

Qualifications

• 7+ years in UX and product design.
• Fluency in using research and quantitative data to inform design.
• Appetite for complexity and ambiguity in hard problems.
• Strong systemic thinking balancing user needs, tech feasibility, and business goals.
• Bias toward action with an iterative approach.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication to all levels.
• Strong AI-native workflow and opinions on AI in design.
• Portfolio showing product thinking and shipped work.

Responsibilities

• Own product work end-to-end and be accountable for outcomes.
• Collaborate with business and engineering to define problems and solutions.
• Prototype with AI tools to speed decision making and guide structure.
• Design workflows and services, not just screens.
• Ground UX strategy in data and user insights.
• Build and share patterns and knowledge with the team.
• Raise quality through studio critiques and reviews.
• Lead with Honor’s leadership principles in daily work.
