Job summary
ServiceNow seeks a highly technical Sr. Staff Outbound Product Manager for the Data & Analytics team, focusing on Workflow Data Fabric and RaptorDB Professional.
You will translate advanced data capabilities into compelling narratives, GTM strategies, and customer-facing content across executive and practitioner audiences. You will partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to craft launch strategies, enable field teams, and drive adoption and growth in a fast-moving enterprise
Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise software product management or outbound product marketing experience.
- Proven ability to translate complex data capabilities into business value for executives.
- Experience creating field enablement, launch narratives and customer proof points.
Responsibilities
- Own the outbound product strategy for Workflow Data Fabric and RaptorDB Professional; translate capabilities into customer value.
- Define core messaging, use cases, personas, competitive differentiation and proofs.
- Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to shape launches, field readiness and adoption.
