Job summary

Close is seeking a Staff GTM Analyst (USA Only, Remote). You will interrogate metrics, build semantic layers, and enable self-serve analytics across Snowflake, Segment, and GA4 to guide strategic GTM decisions.

You’ll partner with GTM leadership to translate complex data into actionable insights, pushing AI-driven analytics and ensuring trustworthy data across platforms. Remote role with national scope, reporting to the GTM Analytics team.

Qualifications

• 8 years of hands-on, highly technical analytics experience.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Experience building self-serve analytics and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Make GTM data trustworthy by defining metrics and reconciling sources.
• Explain data trends and discrepancies to stakeholders.
• Forecast, model tradeoffs, and inform leadership decisions.
• Own outcomes and shepherd the team to data-driven results.
• Define the next era of data at Close with scalable systems.
