Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Architect to define and evolve the architectural vision for customer-facing systems, aligning with business strategy to address long-term scale and core capabilities.

You will provide technical leadership and governance, collaborate with engineering and product leadership, mentor senior engineers, and translate customer and clinical needs into reliable, scalable platform designs that support flexible/remote work.

Formación

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with leadership
• Experience designing scalable architectures for customer-facing systems
• Proven ability to mentor senior engineers and drive governance across teams

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve architectural vision for customer-facing systems
• Lead cross-org initiatives for long-term scale and foundational capabilities
• Establish patterns and governance for quality, resilience, and operational excellence
• Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to shape product direction

• Drive observability, migrations, and reliability early in design process
