Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Sr. Staff Engineer to lead architectural innovation across fullstack/backend.

You will shape long-term technical direction, drive scale, and align engineering with product and business outcomes in a remote US-based setting. You will define architectural vision, establish governance, mentor senior engineers, and enable cross-functional collaboration to accelerate delivery while maintaining reliability and customer focus.

Qualifications

12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Experience scaling shared infrastructure across teams.
Proficiency with CI/CD workflows, cloud infra, and observability tools.
