You will mentor senior engineers, drive cross-org initiatives, and ensure scalable, customer-centric design across platforms with focus on observability and reliability.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience leading group-level technical leadership across functions.
• Experience scaling shared infrastructure across teams.
• Ability to translate customer and clinical needs into reliable technical solutions.
