Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong leadership in frontend architecture and cross-team delivery.
• Proficiency with React, Next.js, GraphQL, Node.js and Python.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the architectural vision for customer-facing frontend systems.
• Lead cross-org initiatives for long-term scale and UI capabilities.
• Drive frontend excellence, performance, accessibility and brand alignment.
• Establish patterns ensuring quality, resilience, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to shape product direction.
• Mentor senior engineers and promote scalable frontend practices.
