What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Finance Leaders and technology teams to establish a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake
- Drive the design and implementation of finance data solutions to support FP&A processing and analytics
- Lead design sessions to ensure systems are efficient and meet business expectations
- Develop project roadmaps aligned with business objectives and resource availability
- Support the implementation of control and governance frameworks for SOX and Audit reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, SAP)
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and data processing/transformation using ETL/ELT tools
- Deep understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart
- Experience in implementing Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of project management techniques and methodologies
