What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Finance Leaders to establish a vision and technology roadmap for the Finance Data Lake/Warehouse
- Lead design sessions to ensure efficient system design that meets business expectations
- Analyze and translate business specifications into technical specifications
- Support the implementation of strong control and governance frameworks for SOX and audit reviews
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Solid understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling and data processing using ETL/ELT tools
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and experience in writing, debugging, and optimizing SQL queries
- Deep Finance domain expertise to work with senior Finance leaders on system solutions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart
- Experience implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Knowledge of project management techniques and methodologies
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
