What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expertise in building and maintaining a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake to support FP&A processing and analytics.
- Collaborate with Finance leaders and technology teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead design sessions and cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle.
- Analyze and translate business specifications into technical specifications for data ingestion and transformation projects.
- Support the implementation of governance frameworks for SOX and Audit reviews.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica and DBT.
- Deep understanding of Finance functions and processes, including FP&A Budgeting and Reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart.
- Experience implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions via tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and project management expertise.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior Finance leaders.
- Knowledge of cloud data solutions like Snowflake or Redshift.
