What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Leverage deep functional and technical systems expertise to drive solutions that support the Finance department's needs
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle to ensure efficient system design
- Lead design sessions with peers to meet business expectations and improve system performance
- Collaborate with Finance leaders to establish a vision and technology roadmap for the Finance Data Lake/Warehouse
- Analyze and translate business and functional specifications into technical specifications for system solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, SAP)
- 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Solid understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling and data processing using ETL/ELT tools
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, including writing, debugging, and optimizing SQL queries and ETL jobs
- Ability to communicate effectively with leaders across Technology and Finance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart along with various Financial Reporting tools
- Experience in implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Deep Finance domain expertise to interpret process and functional needs into system solutions
