What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expertise in building and supporting a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake to meet FP&A processing and analytics needs
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology leaders to establish a strategic vision for data management
- Lead design sessions and engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle
- Analyze and translate business specifications into technical solutions for effective data processing and reporting
- Support the implementation of governance frameworks for SOX and Audit compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, Workday, SAP)
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica and DBT
- Deep understanding of Finance functions and processes, including FP&A Budgeting and Planning
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart and financial reporting tools
- Experience implementing or supporting revenue or expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong problem-solving abilities and project management knowledge
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively in teams
