Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Staff DevOps Engineer to join the Cortex Production Engineering team. You will ensure the reliability, scalability, availability, and efficiency of our large-scale cloud platform, leading critical automation and observability initiatives.

You will mentor engineers, partner with product teams, and drive infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and GitOps across Kubernetes and cloud environments. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential for this role.

Formación

• 8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Production Engineering.
• Hands-on with large-scale production environments.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong experience on GCP and Terraform, Python, GitOps.
• Proficient in CI/CD, monitoring, and incident management.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Lead complex DevOps and reliability initiatives from design to production.
• Troubleshoot production issues across Kubernetes and cloud services.
• Improve reliability with monitoring, alerting, and capacity management.
• Build automation and self-healing capabilities to reduce toil.
• Mentor engineers, conduct design reviews, and establish best practices.
• Drive incidents RCAs and corrective actions across teams.
• Design and operate IaC, CI/CD, and GitOps deployment processes.
