Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in backend systems and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Go, Java, Python or Rust).
• Deep cloud-native experience with AWS or GCP and Kubernetes.
• Solid Linux internals, process management, and resource isolation knowledge.
• Experience with distributed systems, tracing, and SDLC improvements.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build high-scale developer tooling and backend services.
• Define and maintain IaC using Terraform for reproducible environments.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve SDLC quality and reliability.
• Ensure infrastructure resilience under large traffic with cost awareness.
• Provide mentorship and establish platform standards across teams.
