Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE engineer to help maintain and optimize our cloud platforms, ensuring high reliability for our SaaS products. You will work across teams to improve operability and service availability.

Key responsibilities include incident management, on-call participation, and building CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Helm. You’ll stay current with new tech and apply practical improvements to production, security, and monitoring.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of DevOps/SRE experience with a focus on reliability
• Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration
• Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure to improve reliability
• Participate in incident management with established processes
• Develop and maintain CI/CD deployment configurations using Terraform and Helm
• Stay current with new technologies and adopt beneficial innovations
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide prod coverage
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure service operability and availability
