• Experience architecting, building and supporting production agentic systems end to end.
• Proven ability to launch scalable AI-powered platforms with reliability and guardrails.
• Hands-on coding and architecture work while guiding teams across functions.
• Strong communication of trade-offs to engineering, product and execs.
• Experience in multi-tenant production environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set technical and product direction for Customer Agent core platform.
• Own orchestration, evaluation, guardrails and non-deterministic failure handling.
• Write and review code, shape designs, and make critical calls.
• Develop architectures and frameworks adopted by other teams.
• Collaborate with product, design, data science and GTM leaders on the roadmap.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and bring production-ready ones to life.
