Responsibilities

• Set technical and product direction for Customer Agent's core platform from architecture through production.
• Tackle the platform's hardest technical problems personally: orchestration, evals, guardrails, memory, self-healing and failure handling for non-deterministic systems.
• Write and ship code, review designs, and make critical calls beyond what others can do alone.
• Build architectures and frameworks adopted by other teams and mentor via design reviews.
