Qualifications

• Architected, built, scaled, and supported a production agentic system end to end.
• Experience securing agents against misuse and maintaining reliability as usage grows.
• Proven ability to design and champion systems that other teams adopt.

Responsibilities

• Set technical and product direction for Customer Agent core platform from architecture through production.
• Tackle platform's hardest technical problems personally: orchestration, evaluation, guardrails, memory, context, self-healing and failure handling.
