Senior Staff Accountant Responsibilities:

1. Lead month-end close process
2. Financial reporting and analysis
3. Budget preparation and projections
4. Audit report preparation
5. Internal controls and process documentation
6. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
• 3+ years of corporate accounting experience
• Knowledge of audit reports
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficiency in financial software (Sage Intacct experience a plus)
• Comfortable with the organization's Christian values and mission
• Experience with report creation, analysis, and process improvement
• Data manipulation skills (Pivot Tables, Queries, What-If analysis)
