Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day resource for Case Managers on program processes and service coordination.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to Case Managers to reinforce program expectations.
• Assist with complex cases, barriers, housing challenges, and difficult service situations.
• Review caseload needs and ensure appropriate follow-up in collaboration with the Program Manager.
• Coordinate team workload and coverage during absences and vacancies.
• Promote consistent documentation and participant-centered service delivery.
