Amazon is seeking a Sub Same Day (SSD) Operations Engineer to lead the lifecycle of cross‑functional projects impacting facility infrastructure for new builds, retrofits, expansions and programs. You will drive planning, execution and stakeholder alignment across teams to deliver on ambitious schedules in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years of project management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven ability to manage budgets, risk, and go‑live readiness while traveling

Qualifications

• 5+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• 3+ years of leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and field execution through launch readiness and go-live phases experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Ability to travel up to 80%

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal and administrative functions of the assigned project.
• Coordinate with customers and internal/external teams to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor and report progress including milestones affecting cost or schedule.
• Solve ambiguous problems and mitigate risks early.
• Manage project budget and approve all purchase orders.
• Travel up to 80%.
