Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead site selection and launch planning for the Sub-Same Day SSD network. You will conduct topology analysis, evaluate real estate options, and shape volume plans that feed into financial models and capital decisions.

In a high-visibility role, you will partner with Finance, Real Estate, Operations, S&OP, and DEX to turn data into actionable plans, drive automation in the planning process, and present clear recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of supply chain experience
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Responsibilities

• Conduct topology analysis using demand estimation and optimization tools to develop jurisdictional coverage proposals and volume plans for new and existing metro areas.
• Partner with Finance and Real Estate to translate site proposals into financial payback models that support the site selection and capital approval process.
• Collaborate with S&OP, launch, and DEX teams to align demand forecasts, capacity allocation, and launch timelines across the network.
• Identify and implement process improvements that scale and automate the jurisdictional planning and launch functions, reducing manual effort as annual launch volume grows.
• Manage trade-offs across competing priorities — building size, coverage boundaries, timeline, and cost — and present clear recommendations to leadership.
