Job summary

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in SRE, platform engineering or related reliability roles.
- Experience implementing SLO/SLI/error-budget frameworks at scale.
- Experience in regulated environments such as banking/payments.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead SRE practices for banking and payments platforms.
- Implement reliability by design, observability, and automation to reduce incidents.
- Establish and scale SLO/SLI/error-budget frameworks and drive data-driven operations.
- Partner with engineering, risk, and operations to improve resilience and control reliability risk.
- Lead incident reduction programs and reduce operational toil through tooling and automation.
- Influence senior stakeholders on reliability funding, metrics, and continuous improvement.
