Job summary

Qualifications
- 7+ years of SRE/DevOps or related field.
- Proficient in cloud platforms AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Deep Kubernetes/container orchestration experience.
- Experience with IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Strong observability know-how: Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk.
- Experience with distributed systems at scale.
- Scripting in Python or PowerShell; CI/CD automation experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Define SLIs/SLOs and error budgets; monitor with dashboards.
- Drive automation to reduce toil and improve stability.
- Lead incident response and blameless postmortems.
- Collaborate with software teams to improve deployment pipelines and architecture.
- Mentor engineers on reliability practices.
