Responsibilities

• Improve automation to accelerate deployment of storage infrastructure and services.
• Oversee vulnerability management, patching, and security compliance.
• Drive complex reliability initiatives from discovery to resolution.
• Enhance observability, monitoring, and incident response across Backblaze infrastructure.
• Lead post-incident reviews and root-cause analyses to prevent recurrence.
• Enforce ITIL-aligned incident, change, problem, and capacity management.
