Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python, Go, Java, or C++ for scalable software systems.
• Strong Linux and open source technologies understanding.
• Experience with network architecture, cloud systems, and large distributed systems.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), AIOPS, APM, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Drive infrastructure automation and tooling for global ops with minimal manual intervention.
• Collaborate with engineering to deploy and continuously improve robust, scalable services from inception to refinement.
• Proactively monitor system health, test performance, and manage incidents to maximize uptime and meet SLAs/SLOs.
• Perform on-call duties and production operations including change management and capacity planning.
