Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT or related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Proven SRE, systems engineering, or similar software engineering experience.
• Passionate about automation and engineering processes using Go, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience with Linux, networking, cloud systems, and large-scale distributed services.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation procedures to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with software teams to design, deploy and operate robust systems.
• Ensure system scalability to handle web traffic growth.
• Implement monitoring and set up metrics for health and performance.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident management.
• Perform performance tests to identify bottlenecks.
• Define and track SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs.
• Support blameless postmortems and post-incident reviews.
