Medica is seeking a senior-level systems analyst to perform cross-application analysis, document requirements, and support implementation across teams. The role emphasizes SQL/data analysis, collaboration with stakeholders, and improvements to data quality and processes.

You will partner with technology teams to translate business needs into technical specs, while ensuring effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences. Office-based role with onsite work expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of work experience beyond degree.
• Experience with systems analysis, SQL and data troubleshooting.
• Familiar with SDLC and communicating with stakeholders.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze applications, systems, data, and integrations to understand business logic.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional and system requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture needs and impacts.
• Translate requirements into system specifications and technical considerations.
• Use SQL and data analysis to investigate issues and quality.
• Work with developers and vendors to design and implement solutions.
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and data quality.
• Create and maintain system/process requirements documentation.
• Communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
