Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 5 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
• 5 years relevant experience in system/technical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, analyses gaps and documents complex system analysis conducted on software programs, applications, infrastructure and business systems and services.
• Collaborates with cross-departmental, cross-functional teams, and external partners and vendors.
• Performs data collection across multiple systems, applications and business practices; conducts validation activities for system, application and business enhancement.
• Implements new technology, application development, and business services for organizational efficiency; maintains management of systems, process, procedure, techniques, and tools.
• Drives evaluation of services, products and helps an organization to make a decision on new systems that meets organization needs and goal.
