Medica seeks a senior-level systems analyst to perform cross-application analysis, clarify requirements, and design efficient solutions. You will work between technology teams and stakeholders to document needs and support implementation, with a focus on data quality and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 5 years of work experience beyond degree.
• Knowledge of systems analysis and requirements definition.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience in system and process analysis and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze applications, systems, processes, data, integrations, and business logic.
• Gather, analyze, clarify, and document functional and system requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand needs, workflows, and system impacts.
• Translate requirements into clear system specifications and technical considerations.
• Use SQL and database analysis to investigate system and data issues.
• Collaborate with developers, technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to support solution design and implementation.
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and system enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, workflows, and data quality.
• Develop and maintain system, process, and requirements documentation.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
