Job summary

Rising Medical Solutions seeks a Systems Analyst II to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. You will collaborate with developers, QA, and project teams to implement system enhancements and client integrations, while also supporting production issues and documenting data flows.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a business systems analyst role, experience with healthcare data, and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive improvements and KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in an IT-related field.
• Minimum of two full years as a business systems analyst or equivalent.
• Experience with workers' compensation insurance, group health insurance, medical bill review, and/or relevant health care systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and reflect them in system designs.
• Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and project teams to implement or enhance systems.
• Represent Rising in client and partner meetings for system implementations.
• Develop subject matter expertise on integrations between systems.
• Assist with production support—investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and report findings.
• Create use cases and data flow diagrams to support requirements.
• Develop/test plans and relevant training materials.
• Review systems to identify enhancements that affect KPIs and strategy.
• Train Professional Services team members on subject matter knowledge transfers.
