Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 7 years of work experience beyond degree (11 years without a bachelor’s degree accepted).
• Experience in an agile environment; SAFe knowledge is a plus.
• Experience creating/updating user stories.
• Data background/SQL experience required.
• Healthcare experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Document requirements clearly for business and IT audiences.
• Translate business requirements into system requirements for IT.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Work with data analytics to transform requirements into data solutions.
