Job summary

Netrio is seeking a Sr. Database Administrator to ensure data integrity and security for clients and optimize SQL Server performance. You will handle high-availability, disaster recovery, and security tasks while communicating proactively with clients.

You will lead advanced database work, implement backups, tuning, and monitoring, and mentor teammates to continually improve service quality across multiple client environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of MS SQL Server experience.
• Strong knowledge of HA/DR topologies and performance tuning.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Azure SQL DB or AWS RDS is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work without supervision while collaborating with the DBA team.
