Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years direct SQL Server DBA experience.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently.
• Experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization.
• Knowledge of source control, bug tracking, SDLC, and relational databases.
• Ability to work with confidential materials.

Responsibilities

• Administer MS SQL Server including replication, backups, and SSIS/SSRS/SSAS.
• Migrate databases across SQL Server versions (e.g., 2012 to 2016).
• Provide basic systems administration for hardware and software.
• Tune SQL performance and monitor database activity.
• Implement Microsoft technologies such as Visual Studio, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and Web Services.
• Support virtualization with VMware and Hyper-V (VM creation/configuration).
• Perform regular backups per MPA policies and assist outside regular hours as needed.
