DPR Construction is seeking a Senior SPW Field Engineer to manage Self-Perform Work scope field crews and deliver high-quality results on our projects in Texas. You will lead teams, drive safety compliance, and collaborate with project managers and suppliers to keep schedules on track.

You will ensure adherence to policies, maintain productive crews, and develop plans that optimize resources while protecting project goals and client expectations.

Qualificações

• Associate or Bachelor degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of SPW field engineering or construction management experience.
• 1-2 years in a managerial capacity preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and develops a team of SPW field personnel to drive high performance.
• Oversees on-site SPW field activities for safety and efficiency.
• Coordinates with SPW project managers, internal crews, and suppliers to schedule resources.
• Ensures safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Reviews daily SPW field documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
• Reports project status, risks, and opportunities to SPW leadership and stakeholders.
• Develops comprehensive plans for completing SPW scope within budget and schedule, optimizing crew flow and equipment use.
