Ideal candidates have 7+ years in SPW/field engineering, OSHA 30 certification, and strong leadership abilities. This role requires strong collaboration with project leaders to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in construction management or related field is required.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is preferred.
• 7 years of SPW field engineering or construction management experience required.
• 1–2 years of managerial experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction training preferred; completion within 6 months of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops SPW field crews to achieve high performance.
• Oversees on-site SPW activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
• Coordinates with SPW project managers, crews, and suppliers to allocate resources.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Reviews daily SPW field documentation and reports project status to leadership.
