Job summary

Capitol Broadcasting Company in Durham, NC seeks a Baseball Senior Sponsorship Account Executive to generate revenue through sponsorship and ticket sales. You will manage high-value corporate partnerships, coordinate with marketing and operations, and ensure flawless activation and client satisfaction.

The role requires building sponsor relationships, meeting sales goals, and supporting game day operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience required, preferably in sports sponsorship, ticket sales, media, or a related industry.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals; excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Sponsorship and Ticket Sales / Account Management: identify, research, and solicit new opportunities; maintain relationships with sponsors and clients.
• Game Day Duties: oversee sponsor activations and in-game promotions; assist with game day operations.
• Administrative: maintain sales records, contracts, tickets, and deliverables; participate in events to build relationships.
