Job summary

Capitol Broadcasting Company Inc. is seeking a Baseball Senior Group Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing group sales team at the Durham Bulls. You will drive group ticket revenue via strategic outreach to corporate clients and community partners while ensuring exceptional fan experiences.

The role requires a proven sales leadership track record, collaboration across departments, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a busy sports environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience and team management required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Group Sales team to meet revenue and attendance targets.
• Identify, research, and develop new group sales opportunities through various channels.
• Maintain an individual sales portfolio while guiding the department to goals.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Represent the organization at events to build client relationships and drive opportunities.
