Learfield is seeking a proactive Senior Partnership Solutions Coordinator to join our Sports Properties team at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. You will manage a portfolio of partner accounts, oversee day-to-day activation efforts, and coordinate with university staff and vendors to bring sponsorships to life.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in partnership marketing, event coordination, or sponsorship.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator across internal and external teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill assigned partner accounts across sponsorship assets, coordinating with sales, university, and vendors.
• Build and maintain relationships with university partners and athletic staff.
• Own execution timelines and partner deliverables across digital, in-venue, and experiential platforms.
• Track partner inventory and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to standard.
• Mentor game day assistants and guide execution and proof of performance collection.
• Coordinate planning, vendor coordination, and events supporting partner objectives.
• Create and maintain activation documentation, recaps, and proof of performance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve partner experiences.
• Align activation strategies with GM and leadership on performance.
• Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and internal reporting tied to activations.
