Learfield is seeking a Partnerships Solutions Coordinator to join the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill campus team in Chapel Hill, NC. You will execute day-to-day fulfillment of partnership elements, coordinate assets, and support gameday operations to bring activations to life for fans and sponsors.

The role emphasizes logistics, organization, and cross‑functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and university contacts.

Qualifications

• You have some experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to take initiative and support where needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and home games.

Responsibilities

• Activate and fulfill corporate partnership agreements across traditional, digital, and in-venue platforms.
• Serve as a liaison between the property team, university staff, and brand partners for smooth delivery of assets.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders, representing Learfield and the property.
• Track inventory and maintain records of sponsorship elements and deliverables.
• Assist with gameday operations, including setup, signage, hospitality, and promotions.
• Supervise gameday staff to support on-site execution.
• Provide proof-of-performance documentation for fulfilled partnership elements.
• Support budgets, invoicing, contracts, and expense reporting.
• Contribute to partner recap presentations and internal reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, digital, and marketing teams.
