Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Senior Speech Language Pathologist to lead our inpatient team and guide patient care across complex speech and communication needs. You will mentor staff, coordinate education initiatives, and supervise speech therapy assistants within a supportive rehabilitation environment.

The role requires CCC certification, active state licensure, and CPR; a Master’s or Doctorate is preferred, with at least two years of experience in the

Competenze

• Active state licensure for Speech Therapy is required.
• CCC certification must be completed.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s in speech therapy or management; Master’s/Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of two years of speech language pathology experience.
