You will guide treatment plans, supervise assistants, and contribute to education programs, while using advanced rehab technology.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in speech-language pathology or management; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of SLP experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and tailor treatment plans to individual needs.
• Mentor and train new colleagues and supervise speech therapy assistants.
• Participate in in-service education and student programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support rehabilitation goals.
• Lead, supervise, and delegate to ensure high-quality outcomes.
