Qualifications

• Current licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (state regulations).
• CCC Certification required.
• CPR (BLS) certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in speech therapy or management; Master's or Doctorate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients and support rehabilitation goals.
• Mentor and train new colleagues and other departments as needed.
• Delegate and supervise speech therapy assistants.
• Support in-service education and student programs.
