Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and dysphagia disorders
• Mentor less experienced Speech Pathologists and provide guidance
• Conduct and interpret evaluations and tests to determine impairment and plan treatment
• Counsel patients and families about communication disorders and coping strategies
• Develop and lead group therapy programs and in-service trainings
• Record treatment data and outcomes and participate in conferences and knowledge sharing
