Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc. seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with a range of speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and document outcomes with accuracy. Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC, Florida SLP license, and CPR certification, plus 12 months of clinical experience, preferably with adults.

Qualifications

• Current Florida State SLP license and CPR certification.
• ASHA membership preferred.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC certification.
• Minimum 12 months of clinical work experience; adult population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently evaluates, diagnoses, and treats speech, language, cognitive-linguistic, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Completes assessments within departmental timeframes and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Monitors progress, documents sessions and outcomes, and communicates with supervisors as needed.
• Attends care team meetings and participates in performance improvement activities.
